Felt in a funk this morning. Might not have gone had it not been for the fact that I was meeting Rob and he was counting on me to get him to the 10k distance. He was so please (as he should be) that he did .2 more! Feel much better now having been outside, and moving. This cloud cover is creating some unusual humidity.
