COMMENTS: 40 mins on the ellip. the rest was the same. I swam lengths beflore the workout. Stayed in the pool about 30 mins. Don't know how many lengths I did. I need to find a better way to keep track of my pool workouts. I seem to be stuck at this weight. I need to work more or eat less.
