I went to the track at Bess to give my legs a break from the asphalt and concrete. I was doing an easy 3 trying to keep a 10 min. pace. With 2 laps to go I felt great and my breathing was very relaxed so I decided to add another mile to work out some of the soreness. The HR monitor was jumping around from 140-160 and would settle in the 130's. I think it wasn't wet enough when I put it on. I have noticed this when I first start on some of my runs and it gets better when I start sweating.
