COMMENTS: Schedule: 5 miles with 3@9:00

I did the mile warm up and did the next 3 miles at 8:45 pace and cooled down for 2 laps. I wanted to see what it felt like at 8:45. It's what I would like to run in the 10k. Doing the 3 wasn't that hard so I think 6 on race day is doable. My legs don't feel like they have fully recovered so the easy 3 tomorrow will depend on how I feel. The cooler temperature is so nice.
