COMMENTS: Yes I still try to run now and again. I still have hopes of doing the Myrtle Beach Marathon. Temperature was nice. My legs are tired. I don't think I have recovered fully from Saturdays mountain ride. My legs have ached since and I haven't given them much rest. Today was an easy pace. I was shooting for a 9-9:30 pace.
