COMMENTS: Tried to go for a swim after the run. Each length is 25yds. I did about 8 lengths which was REALLY tough. I had hoped to swim that far without stopping, but had to stop at every length. Not sure if I was tired from the running but my legs were very heavy when I got home. It actually felt pretty good to be that tired. I would like to try a sprint triathalon but it looks like i need to concentrate on the swimming. I think I can handle the biking. I don't trust the HR monitor in the water although its suppose to take it.
