COMMENTS: Decided to run on the Bess trail today. I did two loops. I'm careful about running two days in a row so I wanted to run on something soft and I want to run on the Greenway tomorrow. Felt good and the GPS worked great. It was a relaxed run at an easy pace. I wore my old shoes because I didn't want to get my new ones muddy, and it should be soft enough not to bother my knees.
The kids and I went to Poston Park to check out the new bike trails. Looks like a great place to run. We walked a "short" loop I guess was a mile. This was after they played on the climbing equipment for about 40 mins so they should sleep good tonight.
