That was a pitiful performance on the rollers. I was going up and down 5 rpm on my cadence every 5 min. Started at 70 to warm up and went to 100 then cooled down at 80. It felt like a good effort but the average is pitiful. I was sweating like mad considering the garage was about 40 deg. Didn't think I needed a fan. In my defense I'm coming off a four week cough and I did an hour of yoga and strength work on the Wii before riding. I felt like the effort should have produced better results. With the lack of running and riding since Thanksgiving, actually since we moved the clocks back in the fall, it's beginning to show. I've got some work to do.

The HR includes the Wii workout as well. That's why the average is so low. I checked the calories after the Wii work at 280 and change which means I burned at least 1000 on the rollers. I was working, just wished the numbers were better. I did notice the HR went to the 150's pretty quick.
