COMMENTS: Good easy run. After last weeks measly 2 runs I'm trying to get a good start even if it means running 2 days in a row. Leila went with me and rode her bike. My left knee complained a little for the first half mile and I could feel it's not completely healed. I plan to run some in the afternoons after work since its a training week.
