COMMENTS: Some laps at the track after work. A little faster pace than I wanted but it felt good so I went with it. My left knee bothers me for about half a mile then loosens up and is OK. Leila is not going to school tomorrow. Now she has pink eye so I'll stay home with her. We might go to the Greenway.
