COMMENTS: Good ride. Riding alone is harder. Nice and cloudy so that made cooler. Left home and rode the entire 'B' route. Saw a few others riding. Went across one bridge at about 30mph and it felt like I hit a stump. That's about the hardest I've been jarred on this bike.Took two gels and had them at 10 mile intervals. They seemed to help a lot. Its more difficult working with them while riding than running.
