COMMENTS: r-2, walk-3, 10x
I'm adjusting the schedule a little. Well a lot. I was suppose to r-2:30, w2:30, 12x. I'm still not sure my left leg is ready for much more than what I'm currently doing. It didn't hurt on the run. I can feel the tension in my thigh. Wasn't raining much just enough to get the path wet.
