COMMENTS: In an effort to stay in a routine I went to the track today. Most of the day my knee didn't seem to be getting any better so I stuck with walking. By the third lap if felt like it was getting worse so I stopped. So depressing to go from running 2 miles to walking 3 laps. I really felt like after comfortably running 2 miles in the morning and 2 in the afternoon Sat that 3 on Mon wouldn't be such a problem. I'm going to keep walking till it feels better. Afraid of making it worse right now.
