COMMENTS: Rain today so I went to the Gym. 15 mins on the elliptical, 15 mins upper body, and 15 mins on the rec. bike. None of this hurt my knee and when I finished the elliptical and rec. bike it actually felt better. My knee didn't seem to be getting any better today so I had decieded that the 5k was in question. There is no way I would be able to run the whole way with only two weeks to go. It's just a matter of whether I want to do it anyway and walk/run. After this workout its possible that this might help me recover enough to start running again.
