COMMENTS: Nice and a little cool today. Suppose to do 5 miles easy today but I wanted to take Leila and Matthew to the Greenway. Matthew was not on his best behavior so he couldn't go. Leila and I had a good time. My effort seemed to be about 60-70% but the pace was good. I was shooting for a 10 min pace. HR was in the low 140's till about 2.5 miles. Had some P-ade at the half. Can't tell any difference.
