COMMENTS: New shoes. I picked up some Asics GEL-Kayano XII today at Sports Authority $45 off the regular price. These are some of the top line is Asics running shoes. Couldn't wait to see what a $135 pair of running shoes felt like so I put 4 miles on them and it felt great. I'll try to save them for my long runs and use the NB for the rest. The run today was COLD. I wore a fleece but after 2 miles I would like to take it off. Its difficult dressing to run in the cold. Apart from that my legs feel good. I think my right calf got tight from the cold at the start but felt better later on.
