COMMENTS: Schedule- 3 miles easy
Got off work early today. Julie had something to do at work and I needed to be home when the kids got home from school. Didn't have time to go run so I made a quick trip to the gym. Used the ellip. a little different today. I didn't hold the "handle bars" and just let my arms swing like I was running. Picked up the rpm and it's very similar to a running motion. Did this for 30 mins and my toes didn't start tingling. Maybe I've found the secret to this machine. Actually I read on a blog where someone does this. Seems to work. I'll keep trying it. Forgot to start my watch so I have no HR or calorie information.
