COMMENTS: Just a quick workout on the NT. Julie has been using it a lot and set the resistance up a little. My shoulders feel a little sore and I had a difficult time keeping 5 MPH. Trying to see how many miles went I reset the totals so I have no idea. My goal this week is to get below 170 lbs without working myself into an injury.
