Felt stiff today. Probably the cold and having ran yesterday. My distances are best guess based on landmarks along the path. I went out a couple of weeks ago and measured a few landmarks. So far, so good with my knees. Running every other day is a must. I think if I had not been running every day I wouldn't have this problem. This schedule has me run Sat and Sun. I'll see how it goes and adjust it as nesessary or decrease the distance on Sun.
