COMMENTS: Felt really good today. Temperature was nice. Still a bit annoyed about Sat race. I should have done better. Today I went the first 2 miles in 20:10 and the next 2 in 19:02 which is what I would like to do each time. Since I have a higher max HR zone 5 is now 163-181. Effort 7 and 8 at the end. Nothing to drink untill I finished. The G-ade/water is better. Less sugar doesn't make you as thursty.
