Notes
Really cold today with a blistering wind. Wore a t-shirt with a long sleeve t-shirt and my Brooks warm up jacket. The usual shorts and the Brooks pants and a toboggan. The extra t-shirt was too much as it was drenched in sweat. I didn't feel hot but the inner shirt was wet. Tried out the running bottle and it was great. With mile two in 9:58 I decided to try today's run in under a ten minute pace. To run negative splits from mile three to seven wasn't that difficult considering the last mile is mostly up hill and starts steep. I just hope I didn't over do it after riding 55 miles yesterday and not having run in almost a week. Guess I'll find out tomorrow. Like to do some spinning on the rollers but we'll see what today's pace feels like tomorrow.
