COMMENTS: Another hot one. I use effort to guide me instead of time. I look at my HR to make sure I'm not overdoing it. Felt good today. I'm suprised at my pace and avg HR. I shoot for a 10min/mile which allows me to finish in this heat without being exhausted. Effort about 7. Had two 7oz of G-ade and a 10oz when I finished. Forgot to set my watch back to zone 5.
