COMMENTS: Three loops at Poston Park. Didn't want to do much so I wouldn't be tired for tonights ride. A tree caught the handle bar on the first lap. That put me down in a hurry. First time I've done that in a while. Carried on to the start of the trail and adjusted the brake levers. Apart from that it was good to get back on the mountain bike after about three weeks. Cleaned it off good when I got back. I was checking the air in the rear tire before I left and the Slime in the rear tire shot out all over the tire and the gauge. The rear tire has a sealant in it to seal small punctures. I figured out if you spin the tire fast for a couple of minutes the Slime will be thrown out of the valve stem and it won't come out when you check it.
