COMMENTS: I'm trying to stay in the running. It gets so hot you don't last more than an hour and your dead. This morning was nice. A little rain last night and cloudy this morning kept the temperature down. Felt a little stiff the first couple of miles but thats probably from all the biking lately. Breathing was nice and slow and I didn't feel tired at all.
