COMMENTS: Three laps at Poston Park. Had time to ride my mountain bike so I made use of it. The trail was a little muddy and the roots were very slippery. A couple of trees had fallen across the path which made it interesting. One was high enough to hit the big ring so you had to carry extra momentum to get over it. Probably go to the Whitewater center tomorrow since it will have dried a little by then.
