Felt better riding the trails today. Even after running two miles on the greenway. I'll stick with Poston until I feel comfortable riding an hour. I'm riding the Gary Fisher which doesn't have a speedo so I guessed at the time. Checked on the caches as well. Need to take a camera to photo the TB's and Geocoins in my caches.
