First run after my accident. I was shooting for an easy four. As soon as I started I knew two miles might be pushing it. The stabbing pain under my shoulder blade started and didn't let up. I was having trouble deep breathing. Looks like the half marathon in March is in serious jeopardy. It seems to have gone away as soon as I got home and sat down for a bit. I was beating myself up for not running last week. Glad I didn't.
