COMMENTS: First mile in 9:58. I stopped logging my 1/4 mile splits. I can depend on my breathing to tell me if I'm going to hard. Still working out a little soreness from Wed. I won't do that again. Just work on 10min miles till I can do 3 comfortably. After 2 miles today I didn't feel bad. About 1 hr after running my legs feel tight and about 2 hrs later I'm fine. May need to walk 2 laps to cool down. Shoes feel great. I'd like to tackle the Greenway trail by next weekend (5.4 miles)
