Weather was great apart from the wind. I rode the route to give me a tail wind going down New Hope but had to fight it coming up Union. Had an 18.7 average turning off New Hope and managed to keep most of it. Still felt strong into the wind on Kendrick. Had a Hammer gel, Raspberry, turning off NH. Not sure if it helped but the psychological effect works as well. Way behind on my mileage this week. Didn't ride to work at all. I'll try to get some daily rides in before the kids get home from school.
