Notes
COMMENTS: This was a good run. Got up at 6:30 to get started at 7. Breakfast was half a peanut butter Power Bar and some juice. I wanted to keep the pace down because I was apprehensive about overdoing it this week. A few times I could feel a little in a knee or ankle but I concentrated on form and and it would go away. Had a gel going on the Greenway and finished it at the half. A little P-ade every two miles to stay hydrated. I didn't have any stomach complaints today. It had started getting pretty warm by 8:30 so it looks like the long runs may have to get started earlier in the morning. Its 11:00 now and its already 77 deg. Had a good ice bath with a Clif Builder's Protein Bar and a cup of coffee when I got home. That was a good treat. The bar is chocolate flavored and is great with coffee.
