First Mon night ride this year. Started at the school with about 5 and picked up a few more along the way. Pretty uneventful ride. A couple of breakaways I bridged. One I let get a large gap and attacked on a long hill. Closed most of the gap right there. That's probably where the high HR came in. Mileage last week was poor. Can't do much working days and I'm ready to wind down after I put the kids to bed.
