Quick ride before I picked up the kids from school. Was supposed to be a 16-17 average. I didn't want to over do it after a 7 mile run. Felt good the whole time. Still think I over did it. The wind was brutal when it was in your face. Its hard to stay below 160 bpm when you have to get up a hill.
