COMMENTS: Used my new Garmin Forerunner GPS today. It has a lot of information on it so I spent some time during the run looking at all the readings. Beautiful day. Felt good on the run. Both ankles felt sore after about 2 miles. I can tell I've lost a lot of fitness but it shouldn't take long to get it back. I've gained about 10 lbs since the half marathon but that should go away when I get into a running schedule again.
