It was a good workout. I stretched for 10 mins before and 6 mins after. No problems. Met someone from work, turned around and followed him for about 5 mins jogging so that messed up my timeing. Finished out as close as I could to the schedule. No aches or pains at the moment. My left achilles tendon was a little tight at the start of the run but loosened up later on.
