I ran from CST and did the Chappaqua 10K loop today and it was generally awful. It was really hot out which i haven't been used to recently, and I don't think I drank nearly enough which only made it worse. I was exhausted by the end and didn't even go that fast, but I basically fell in the pool afterwards which made me feel much better.
