Notes
I ran the Interfaith Hill from home today going down 120 to town, and then taking Douglas to Hardscrabble back home afterwards. It went well and felt pretty good for most of it, and I ended up averaging about 7:08s or so, and possibly a little faster than that. didn't like the heat, but it at least went better than yesterday did which was good. I only actually ran a little over 6 miles, and I then ended up biking about 10 miles over the course of the day which I'll count as an extra mile (though it's really good for about 2.5-3).
