Notes
Runs after a day off never feel as good, but I kept this relaxed and it went pretty well. Headed out to the short Rhone trails, and while there ended up following a guy for most of the way until passing him iat the end. This made the pace a little faster than I had been planning for that stretch (oops) but even so it was a solid easy/average run. I was also pleased to find that all minor soreness and aches from last week were gone.
