Tough run in awful conditions: cold, rainy, windy. 7 miles down wind, 7 into wind was real tough coming back. I started feeling really good though towards end and really picked it up. No real concerns with pain, maybe some tightness though. HR does not match effort, was working in the last 4 miles: avg 143. Probably best combo of fat ass, low HR, distance, pace ever.
