Notes

Run on my own feeling really good for the first half of the run. My knee felt good and I felt really strong, but on the way back I started to get really tight and some strange soreness in my legs. I still kept up a solid pace throughout, but based on the salt lines on my face, I was quite tired by the end. Maybe not the best hydration leading up to the run.
