Workout on my own. 3 mile warmup, 10 minute tempo, 4x2 minute 5kish with equal recovery, 3 minute break and then 3x30 seconds at basically all out with 1 minute in between.
5k is a very rough estimate since it didn't feel like I could hold that pace for close to 15 minutes but without a GPS watch I was just trying to push to hard/fast efforts today.
Almost all of the workout was into the wind which may not have been the best idea.
