Run with Nutmeg and Helix on the bike path. Another easier paced day with Helix, but it did felt like we kept up a better pace than last time. We went out 3 and then had to hustle back since Helix needed to meet Rachel in the parking lot at a specific time. Nutmeg needed a quick bathroom break so Helix and I doubled back to pick him up and then had a little bit of a pickup to try to meet Rachel in time. It ended up that Rachel was late and Helix had to leave to meet her anyway. Nutmeg took another bathroom break while I added on for a bit. Then Nutmeg and I went out for another 3 miles together at a little faster pace.
