Ran with Kevin for a mile before heading out on my own. It was his first run since the Twin Cities Marathon so he was taking it pretty easy. I felt really good on the run. I zoned out the second half and took some splits using the mile markers on the trail. I was hitting 6:15s consistently just running a normal distance run pace. This made me confident that I am running sub 6:30 pace on almost every run right now.
