Notes
Run by myself at lunch toward the fishery. The run felt pretty good but by the turnaround I was feeling tired. I'm not sure if I'm running a little faster on my own the last couple days or just tired from running more than I have recently. It's not like 10 miles a day should be that exhausting but when I haven't done it in a couple of years it seems to be tough to get back to. Knee went in and out with soreness but mostly felt good. I didn't notice my toe much on the run but after it seemed worse than usual. I had been meaning to double today or yesterday but since I've been feeling tired I decided to skip it. I don't think I'm really going to add any fitness before the next couple weeks of racing anyway.
