Workout with Nutmeg on the bike path. 3 minutes at 10k pace, which I'm not sure how to calibrate right now but Nutmeg obviously has a pace in mind so I just try to keep up. My calves are still really sore from the workout last week but overall I felt pretty good. I struggled a bit toward the end of each rep and debated being done around 5. But I did 2 more and can't say I really felt that much worse. I decided to call that good even though Nutmeg went for another one. Figured I could stop on a positive for once.
