Run with Kevin. The weather was overcast when we started so we headed out on a 7 mile route without much shade. About 2-3 miles the sun came out and it seemed like the temperature rose 10 degrees. We still had the wind in our face until the second half of the run but once the wind was at our backs the run became miserable. I stayed pretty strong until the last mile and then a side cramp and pinch by my left shoulder blade were starting to set in and take a toll on me. Kevin and I both fought through it though for a very accomplished feeling.
