Notes

Run with Kevin. My knee felt better than yesterday and then run went by pretty quickly. I rolled my ankle pretty badly about 3 miles into the run but I was able to run it off. This is the second time I have rolled it in the last week. It doesn't hurt at all but I think now it is less stable than usual. I noticed I would get a step or so ahead of Kevin on this run and have to back off a little. I think I got used to rolling a little quicker the last couple of days.
