Sleep: 10 hours. Ran down Newport to Maple to Landsdowne to Country Club then back up Bandemer to wq. Legs were kinda heavy and my right calf was super tight, but felt good overall. Felt like I was going pretty easy until I picked it up a little the last mile, but still a fairly quick pace for an easier run. GPS was messed up the first mile so I chopped .05 off the total.
