Sleep: 8 hours. Ran to the ccrb, Hammer, then ran back to wq. Legs felt decent, but everyone else was feeling beat from yesterday so we kept it slow. Cold and windy as well, and we ran through some snowy trails which also slowed this one down. Decent run overall and got some good mileage in. Easy dub tomorrow.
