PR'ed again for 5 times in a row at this distance. This time by over 4 minutes. Met Tim and ran the first 3 with him. I knew he was faster (finished one minute ahead of me) but I thought I should bank some time early to compensate for the wind on the last leg. Good move. Turned the corner with 2 to go into a real good headwind. Not much left but told myself to hold onto the effort , and it paid off.
