First 5k race in a long time, wasn't sure what to expect.
Started fast. 6:12 through the first half mile. Settled in. Told myself to relax. 2nd mile sagged a bit but able to finish slightly faster on the last 1.1.
1:10 PR from my best time.
Going to bash that benchmark down over the summer.
